Services & support

We are a consultancy that happens to sell software

Licensing Access EasyPay is the small part. What determines whether a payroll project works is the data migration, the parallel run and whether someone picks up the phone in the week you go live. That is the part we do.

Requirements & scoping

We map your pay cycles, allowance and deduction structures, overtime rules, leave policies and reporting needs before anything is configured — so the build reflects your handbook rather than a default template.

Implementation & data migration

Employee master data, opening balances and year-to-date figures brought across from your current system, then pay items, formulas, policies and calendars configured to your scope.

Parallel run & reconciliation

We run a live period alongside your existing process and reconcile the differences line by line. Nothing gets paid out of the new system until the numbers agree.

Training

Your team is trained on your configuration and your data, not on a demo company — payroll processing, leave administration and the reports each person actually needs to run.

Statutory updates

Rate and format changes for LHDN, EPF, SOCSO and EIS are maintained in the software and issued to supported customers, so compliance does not become an annual project.

Ongoing support

A support line to consultants who have seen your configuration. Month-end is not the time to explain your company from scratch to someone new.

The sequence

What an implementation looks like

Timelines vary with headcount, data quality and how many pay rules need building. The order does not.

  1. Scope

A working session on headcount, entities, pay cycles, pay elements, overtime and leave policy — and on what your current system does badly enough that you are replacing it.

  2. Migrate

Employee master, opening balances and year-to-date figures. This is where most of the real effort sits, and where problems surface early if they are going to.

  3. Configure

Pay items, formulas, overtime tables, leave types and policies, calendars, approval routing, report layouts and bank and statutory file formats.

  4. Parallel run

One or more periods calculated in both systems and reconciled. Variances get explained, not rounded away.

  5. Train and go live

Hands-on training on your own configuration, then the first live run with us alongside you.

  6. Support and update

Statutory updates, version updates and a support channel for as long as you run the system.

Getting help

When something is wrong on a Friday afternoon

Payroll problems are time-boxed by nature — there is a date the money has to move. When you contact us, the fastest route to a fix is usually the boring one.

  • Tell us the company, the pay period and the employee ID affected
  • Say what you expected the figure to be, and what the system produced
  • Attach the report or payslip that shows it
