Privacy notice

How we handle the personal data you submit through this website.

Please review before publishing. This notice is a starting point written to reflect how the website itself works. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and it does not cover how Creative Purpose Solutions Sdn Bhd handles customer payroll data under service agreements. What we collect through this website

If you complete the enquiry form we collect the details you enter: your name, company, work email address, telephone number if you provide one, the headcount and interest options you select, and the content of your message. Our web server also records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

We ask you not to submit sensitive personal data through the enquiry form — including NRIC numbers, bank account details or payroll figures for named individuals.

Why we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and, where you have asked for one, to arrange a demonstration.
  • To provide support and maintain our business relationship if you become a customer.
  • To keep our web server secure and functioning correctly.

We do not sell your details, and we do not use the enquiry form to build a marketing list without your agreement.

Who sees it

Enquiries are sent to our own mailbox and handled by our staff. Your details may be processed by our hosting and email providers in the course of delivering those services. We may disclose information where we are required to do so by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is needed to deal with your enquiry and for our ordinary business records. Server logs are kept for a shorter period as part of routine hosting operations.

Cookies and third-party content

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies of its own. Two third-party resources are loaded on some pages, and your browser will contact those providers directly when it loads them:

  • Google Fonts — supplies the typefaces used on the site.
  • OpenStreetMap — supplies the embedded map on the contact and about pages.

Your rights
